We do not own, operate, or control the third-party travel suppliers we book on your behalf. All bookings are subject to the terms, conditions, and liability policies of those suppliers. We are not responsible for any acts, errors, omissions, injuries, losses, damages, delays, or irregularities caused by these suppliers.

1. 3. Booking & Payment

• A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on supplier requirements.
   
• Final payment deadlines vary and will be communicated at the time of booking.
   
• Failure to make payments by the specified deadline may result in cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of payments.
   

1. 4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation policies are set by the travel suppliers and vary by service. We will communicate these policies to you at the time of booking.
   
• Some bookings may be non-refundable or subject to penalties.
   
• Our service fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

• It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid travel documents, including passports, visas, vaccinations, and any other requirements necessary for your trip.
   
• We are not responsible for losses or expenses due to incomplete or improper travel documents.

We strongly recommend that all clients purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, or travel delays.

• We are not liable for personal injury, property damage, delays, cancellations, or other losses incurred during travel.
   
• Travel involves risks, including exposure to different health and safety conditions. By booking with us, you assume these risks.
